iPhone
Install using a QR code
- Connect to stable Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data.
- Tap Add eSIM.
- Choose Use QR Code.
- Scan the TrustRoam QR code and follow the prompts.
- Select the DATA eSIM for mobile data and follow the supplied roaming/APN instructions.
Samsung
Install using a QR code
- Connect to stable Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager.
- Tap Add eSIM.
- Choose Scan QR Code.
- Scan the TrustRoam QR code and follow the prompts.
- Follow the package-specific roaming/APN instructions.
Do not delete your DATA eSIM while troubleshooting.
Some DATA eSIM profiles may only be downloadable once. Contact TrustRoam before deleting, reinstalling or changing settings.
